Full Payment and Some Help

Hello all,

Reminder that your full NOAC payment is due by May 1st. Please contact the scout office with any issues regarding this date.

On another note, we have a youth signed up to attend NOAC who has had some family financial issues come up recently and he is having trouble paying for his NOAC. If you would like to donate some money to help this Scout attend the wonderful event that is NOAC, please contact the scout office or either of the advisors, Mark Brewer or Scott Crumpecker.

Where to Sign Up, Confusion Cleared

Hello everyone,

Just to clear up some confusion. There are 150 slots available to our council for NOAC 2015, it is first come first serve, so the first 150 from either of our lodges to sign up get to go.

To sign up:
1. Go to one of our scout offices, Cape, Herrin, or St. Louis.
2. Pay your $100 deposit to guarantee your slot
3. Be happy that you get to go to NOAC 2015!

DO NOT try and register online on the national site, that is for the contingent itself (our council), the online registration for scouts and leaders going to NOAC will be much closer to NOAC time next year.

If you have any questions, please email admin@anpetu-we.org immediately.

Yours in Brotherhood,
Evan Henry

Registration, hurry!

Want to go to NOAC? Our council is limited to 150 participants, in a previous message it said that our lodge would be limited to 75 for Anpetu-We and 75 for Shawnee. After just speaking with the Cape scout office, they said that it is first come first serve for all 150 participants, throughout the council. We are not limited to the 75 for our lodge, let's see if we can fill all 150 slots from Anpetu-We! We are currently at 70. Evan Henry Webmaster

Want to help spread the word about NOAC 2015? Great! Chance made a sweet poster that you can email, snailmail, or simply pass out to people you know that may be interested, great examples would be Camporees, Chapter Meetings, Troop Meetings, Round Tables, etc.

Flyer is a .pdf file and can be found here : http://www.anpetu-we.org/files/Lodge%20NOAC%20promo%20Poster.pdf
